Apple wood smoked bacon, sweet pepper, queen lady corn

Crispy Cod Cake
Roasted garlic, fresh thyme, dressed greens, tartar

Sweet Potato Soup
Savory puree, roasted garlic, nutmeg, fresh herbs, roasted apples

Roasted Beet Tartare
Heller’s farm beets, crisp fried chevre, pear chutney, grilled toasts

House Cured Salmon Gravlox
Traditional garnish of hard-boiled eggs, capers, red onion, horseradish cream, brown bread

Mesclun Greens
House vinaigrette, tomato & red onion relish, fresh herbs

Second Course-Choice of:

Roasted Vermont Turkey
Mashed potatoes, corn bread stuffing, savory fall vegetables, green beans, giblet gravy, festive dressing

Seared Cod Fish
Fricassee of sweet corn & bacon chowder, Cayuga gold potatoes, green beans

Flat Iron Steak “Au Poivre”
Tender beef, cognac peppercorn sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans

Penne Carbonara
