first course

Sweet Corn Chowder

Apple wood smoked bacon, sweet pepper, queen lady corn

Wild Mushroom Strudel

Crisp pastry crust, wild mushrooms, herbs & roasted garlic, dressed greens

Butternut Squash Soup

Savory puree, roasted garlic & nutmeg, fresh herbs, croutons

Crispy Goat’s Cheese & Greens

Pickled Heller’s farm beets & radish, mesclun greens, crisp fried chevre

House Cured  Salmon Gravlox

Traditional garnish of hard boiled eggs, capers & red onion, horseradish cream & brown bread

Seared Cod Fish

Fricassee of sweet corn & bacon, roasted fingerling potatoes, green beans

Flat Iron Steak Au Poivre

Tender beef, cracked pepper & cognac reduction, potatoes au gratin & green beans

Penne Carbonara

Savory parmesan cream, toasted penne, house cured bacon

Veal Schnitzel

Thinly sliced and pounded, pan fried, wild mushrooms & madeira wine, sautéed spinach, roasted fingerling potatoes
